Pittman Traffic and Safety Equipment specialise in Speed Bumps, with an excellent range for any budget. Our Easy Rider Speed Bump is excellent for long-term use in areas with a constant flow or cars, ensuring streets are kept safe for pedestrians and other road users. For areas with trucks, buses or other HGV’s, our Premium Speed Bump or Safety Rider Speed Hump is the ideal solution. Their unique design not only slows these vehicles down, but can also withstand the heaver weight of the truck.
Rubber Wheel Stopsare becoming hugely popular around the UK. Their tough design outlines parking spaces, stopping cars parking outside the designated space. Rubber Wheel Stops won’t chip or crack like regular concrete kerbs. Our Park-It Rubber Wheel Stop will not rot or fade, giving you a much longer lifetime which is basically maintenance free. The rubber kerb is lightweight and easy to install, and can be up-lifted and moved if needs be.
Our Cable and Hose Ramps are another great addition to our range. These sturdy ramps allow traffic to pass over hoses without damaging them, allowing vehicles to easily access areas without having to find a way around. All our cable tidies and hose ramps are simple to install for temporary to semi-permanent use, allowing you to easily move them to other locations if needs be. Cable Tidies are also available for the office, allowing workers to walk around the office with little risk of tripping over loose wires.

Our Convex Mirrors are another extremely useful and easy to use safety device. The SeeClear Convex Mirror is ideal for eliminating blind spots at dangerous junctions. They’re simply attached to most standard roadside poles with a pole connector which is included with the mirror. We also have a range of Industrial Convex Mirrors which can be used in factories and warehouses where there is a lot of truck and forklift traffic.
Pittman Traffic and Safety Equipment also have a large range of parking posts and bollards. These are great for stopping illegal parking on pathways or in private parking spaces. They come in 3 different forms; Fold Down Parking Posts, Retractable Bollards, and Removable Bollard Posts. These parking posts allow the key holder to enter and exit the parking space and deter people from trying to steal your car or your parking space. Our range of Fixed Bollards is also available to permanently close off areas to traffic.
Another option for stopping traffic entering certain areas is our Access Control Barriers. The extended arm on the swivelling gate can allow you to close of roads and paths quickly and easily. Key holders can padlock the gates closed for security and open them quickly when vehicles need access.
